Our Story

Brian Aldridge Associates was established in Maidenhead, Berkshire in 2003 to provide a range of flexible, comprehensive and complementary chartered surveying and property related services to public and private sector clients. We have over 40 years experience in all aspects residential and commercial property surveys, party wall advice, project management and quantity surveying. We also provide expert witness services having successfully given evidence in the High Court as well as the London Residential Property 1st Tier Tribunal. Our local knowledge is advantageous in providing accurate homebuyer reports and building surveys which can save our clients money in their property purchase. We currently provide the full range of RICS approved, building surveys, home buyer reports and condition reports in Maidenhead, Cookham, Bourne End, Windsor, Marlow, Henley, Sonning, Reading and Slough. All business relationships depend upon people. However good the product, the process or the technology, it’s people that make the real difference.
